ITA Nell’ambito dello svolgimento delle azioni di web marketing, circolazione dei contenuti e di social media strategy della “Campagna Voglio Vivere Così”, cofinanziata dal FESR nell’ambito del POR CREO Regione Toscana 2007-2013, Misura 5.5a, è stato previsto di realizzare il progetto “Tuscany Faces” 2013. Il Progetto è volto a raccontare attraverso i volti dei Toscani, di nascita per acquisizione, l’identità territoriale da un punto di vista culturale, antropologico e sociale, turistico, sottolineando tipicità e valori legati al saper fare, all’artigianato artistico, al territorio, all’enogastronomia, al folkrore e in generale alle caratteristiche della toscanità. Per perseguire questo obiettivo, Fondazione Sistema Toscana procederà al reperimento del materiale fotografico inviato tramite questo form su tuscanyfaces.com e condividerà il materiale tramite i social network, come Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest. I partecipanti dichiarano di essere titolari esclusivo dei diritti sulle fotografie inviate ed autorizzano Fondazione Sistema Toscana a utilizzare il materiale sopra indicato al fine di realizzare post (foto +didascalia) da pubblicare all’interno di detto network e sugli account social media collegati per le finalità del progetto sopra indicato. Caricando il materiale sul sito si accetta il presente regolamento e si dichiara di ben conoscere e di accettare integralmente le condizioni e i termini d’uso di ciascun social network sopra citato, che regoleranno la pubblicazione e circolazione di detto materiale, così come le finalità promozionali e senza scopo di lucro del progetto “Tuscany Faces”, liberando espressamente Fondazione Sistema Toscana e per essa da qualsivoglia responsabilità riguardo all’uso di detto materiale.

ENG The 2013 “Tuscany Faces Project” is a web marketing and content sharing promotional scheme launched by the social media team and the promotional campaign, “Campagna Voglio Vivere Così”, and co-financed by FESR through POR CREO Regione Toscana 2007-2013, Section 5.5a. To fulfill this goal, the Fondazione Sistema Toscana will collect the photographic and written information sended through this form, publish on the tuscanyfaces.com blog and share on major social media platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest).Regrading the above-mentioned project, by sending the photograph, the entrant acknowledges and warrants that the entry does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity. In the entry includes other people, you must be prepared to provide a signed written personal release from all persons who appear in the work submitted. In order to satisfy the goals of the above-mentioned project, participants authorize the Fondazione Sistema Toscana to use the above-mentioned material (photos and written text) for social media posts and and for all of the accounts within the Tuscany Faces network. By uploading the material on the Tuscany Faces website, participants will accept the terms and conditions of this project and declare that they have read thoroughly and accept the terms and conditions of each of the above-mentioned social media platforms, allowing them to publish and share the material produced for this project. Tuscany Faces project is a nonprofit, promotional project launched by the Fondazione Sistema Toscana, and participants declare that the Fondazione Sistema Toscana exempt from any responsibility in the use and circulation of the materials produced.
